BA Contracting is a small but growing home renovation company specializing in full interior remodels and exterior living spaces — including bathrooms, kitchens, basements, decks, covered porches, and complete home transformations. Our focus is on quality workmanship, clear communication, and creating exceptional spaces for our clients.

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a dependable and skilled Renovation Team Member to work directly alongside the company owner on residential renovation projects. The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of hands-on trades experience, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being on the tools every day. This role offers a strong opportunity for growth, continuous learning, and skill development as the company continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with all aspects of renovation work, including demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, trim, and fixture installation

• Contribute to exterior living space projects, such as decks, porches, and outdoor finishes

• Handle tools, materials, and measurements accurately and safely

• Keep the job site organized, clean, and professional

• Follow direction and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude

• Take pride in quality work and attention to detail

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1–5 years of trades experience, preferably in residential renovations or construction

• Must be fluent in English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate clearly on job sites

• Comfortable using hand and power tools (own basic tools are preferred but not required)

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Reliable, punctual, and professional on-site conduct

• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
