Welder (MIG)
Brouwer Kesmac is a manufacturer of Turf Equipment, both heavy equipment and light equipment, located in Keswick Ontario. We are a full manufacturing facility from fabrication of sub assemblies, welding and paint, to complete sod harvesters and other turf machinery. We are looking for a Welder for our expanding production that are reliable, take pride in their work and are interested in learning and developing new skills in a niche industry.
What We Offer
- Competitive wages based on experience $22-$35/ hour based on previous experience
- Consistent schedule; Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM– 4:00PM and Friday: 7:00 AM– 12:00PM
- Permanent full-time position (39 hours/week)
- Occasional overtime opportunities (including occasional Saturdays)

Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of MIG welding experience
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Positive work ethic and team-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills
Working Conditions
Normal working conditions for a manufacturing environment. Work involves standing, walking, carrying, stooping, crouching, sitting, grasping and reaching and repetitive tasks. May require lifting, pulling and/or pushing up to 50lbs. Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment including but not limited to, steel toe footwear, eye, ear and hand protection.Benefits:
