Shipper Receiver

Pulp Moulded Products is a leading provider of customized protective packaging with a commitment to producing zero waste packaging. We are looking for an experienced shipper receiver to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
 

• Organize product and maintain organized warehouses.
• Make sure all truck paperwork is signed by all parties.
• Communicate with Shipping Receiving Supervisor any short shipments or issues with paperwork.
• Maintain driver's logbook recording trucks in and out.
• Check 24 hours before shipments are to be shipped that correct inventory is on hand; if not, notify Shipping Supervisor.
• Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing goods against order details — ensure nothing is short shipped or damaged.
• Ensure labels on pallets match physical product and paperwork.
• Conduct weekly inventory counts.
• Ensure daily forklift inspection checklist is completed.
• Store pallets safely and efficiently.
• Supply and remove raw material from production lines.
• Remove and put away finished goods from production lines to designated warehouse area.

• Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and efficiently meet shipping deadlines.
• Able to follow instructions and shipping schedules.
• Minimum three years forklift operation in a manufacturing environment.
• Valid forklift operator certification.
• Familiarity with general manufacturing operations and inventory management systems.
• Complete and adhere to all training, policies and procedures.
