This is a great opportunity for an experienced kitchen professional who enjoys preparing quality meals, supporting a team, and serving guests in a retreat and conference centre setting.

The Sous Chef will help support daily kitchen operations, meal preparation, food safety standards, and the overall guest dining experience.
