Server

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Sana's Station! We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences and are looking to grow our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience at our restaurant.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service areas, and kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety standards.
• Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments accurately.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Assist in training new staff as needed to uphold service standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment, 2 year minimum
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued traits for this position.
