Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing client accounts, providing expert insurance advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop existing client accounts to ensure renewal and retention
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products
• Provide clients with comprehensive insurance advice and policy recommendations
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Stay informed about industry trends and insurance products

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in insurance, brokerage, or a related customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and industry practices
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (preferred)
