    Please fill out the form below. Once received, the Georgina Chamber of Commerce will contact you with additional information and an invoice to move your registration forward. Exhibitor booths will not be booked until payment (partial or full) is received. Vendors will be offered exclusivity on a first-come, first-served basis for same businesses, BUT not type of businesses. For example: When a consultant for "Jennifer's Jewels" purchases a table, they will be the only consultant from this company to have a table at the event, however, they may not be the only jewellery business there. There is a limit on the number of like-businesses. Booths may also be restricted by sector to create diversity at the show.

    Will you be selling food or personal services at your table?
    Vendors with food or providing personal services are required to fill out a York Region Health Vendor Application Form and have all required permits/documents/certifications as per the Town of Georgina/York Region Public Health)
    Do you require hydro? (limited space)
    All exhibitors are required to have $2-million liability insurance with the Town of Georgina and Georgina Chamber of Commerce being listed as additional Insurers. In order to show proof of insurance, a CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE must be filled out if you already have insurance. Should you need to purchase insurance for the purpose of this show, please contact a local insurance broker or agent. You can also apply online with Duuo Canada at duuo.ca.     Exhibitor TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    1. Contact
    This application for space, when accepted by the Georgina Chamber of Commerce (hereby referred to as the Chamber) shall constitute a contract between the Exhibitor and the Chamber and in addition to its terms, shall include and incorporate the Exhibitor’s Rules and Regulations outlined below, the tentative floor plans which the parties acknowledge may be amended and/or modified by the Chamber and any additional rules and regulations which will be sent to the Exhibitor as part of the Exhibitor’s Kit.
    2. Qualifications to Exhibit
    Management reserves the right to remove, decline or prohibit an exhibit or part of an exhibit or proposed exhibit which, in its opinion is not suitable to or in keeping with the character of the exhibition.
    3. Exhibit
    The Exhibitor agrees to confine their presentation within the contracted space only and to maintain a staff in his/her booth pace during show hours while maintaining a code of behavior and dress appropriate for the Exhibition. Management reserves the right to relocate an exhibitor as it shall deem necessary to best display both the Exhibitor and the show.
    4. Exhibitor Information
    Upon receipt of this booth request form, the Chamber will email the Exhibitor next steps and an invoice based on the requests listed above. Booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis and will only be held once payment is received.
    5. Exhibit Set-Up/Tear-Down
    The Exhibitor agrees that no display will be dismantled or any goods removed during the show, but must remain intact until after the closing time of the show. Set up Time is Thursday, September 26th from 2:30pm to 4pm and tear-down is following the show, from 7-8pm.
    6. Insurance
    The exhibitor is solely responsible for the placement and cost of comprehensive liability insurance on products and completed operations, coverage with a minimum $2,000,000 limit of liability. The Exhibitor further agrees to add the Georgina Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Georgina as additional insured to its policy and to provide proof of insurance for this event. Insurance options will be sent out to vendors once an application is received.
    7. Sublicence of Space
    Space contracted by an Exhibitor may not be sublet and booth space cannot be shared by two businesses.
    8. Cancellation of Contract
    The Chamber reserves the right to terminate this contract and to withhold from the Exhibitor possession of the exhibit space if: (a) the Exhibitor fails to pay all space rental charges or (b) the Exhibitor fails to perform any terms and conditions of the contract.
    9. Cancellation Policy
    In the event an exhibitor whose application has been processed and accepted wishes to cancel prior to September 7th, 2024, a refund of moneys paid less 50% will be made upon receipt of written cancellation. NO REFUND OF EXHIBIT SPACE PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE AFTER SEPTEMBER 14TH, 2024
    10. Postponement or Cancellation by the Chamber
    The Chamber reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event at its discretion. All monies will be refunded to sponsors and exhibitors,. The option to participate in future exhibitions is at the discretion of the Sponsor/Exhibitor.
    11. Damages
    The Chamber shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, general, special, consequential or otherwise to the Exhibitor, its agents and employees or visitors to its exhibit whether occasioned by the Chamber, its officers, agents or employees, or by another Exhibitor.
    12. Non-Delivery of the Building
    NON-DELIVERY OF THE BUILDING: Management will not be liable for failure to deliver the space in the event of the building becoming unavailable through fire, act of Nature, strikes, the authority of the law, or any other cause beyond its control.
    13. Interpretation of Regulations
    The Chamber has the right to make such changes, amendments and additions to these Exhibitor’s Rules and Regulations, as it shall deem necessary to the proper conduct of the Exhibition and thereupon the Exhibitor’s Rules and Regulations shall rest with the Chamber and its decision shall be final. The Chamber may require Exhibitors to make such alterations to their displays, as it deems necessary to the proper conduct of the exhibition and, on failure to comply, may order the immediate removal of the entire exhibit without compensation and at the Exhibitor’s expense.
