  • Job & Volunteer Fair - Application Form 2023

    A directory of all Job & Volunteer Fair vendors will be created for the event. Please check which contact information you would like listed in the vendor directory and on our website. The rest will be used for our contact information and purposes only.
    How many employees/volunteers do you anticipate hiring for at this event?
    Job Fair Information
    Space will be given to all vendors for a 6, foot table, 2 chairs and surrounding signage/displays. Chairs will be provided, but tables were provided on a first-come, first-serve basis and we can no longer supply tables. Clicking yes confirms you will bring your own 6-foot table.

    Your logo will be used on the Job and Volunteer Fair event page to showcase your attendance at the event. Your logo will be clickable with a direct link to your website. Event page: https://www.georginachamber.com/job-volunteer-fair
    Vendors shall operate the booth that has been designated to them by the Georgina Job Fair Committee (hereinafter called the Committee) on Thursday, September 28th, 2023 between the hours of 3pm-7pm.
    Receipt of your application does not constitute a reserved space. Vendors will be notified of application status and tables will be reserved at this time. Space is limited and is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Electrical outlets are very limited, but available on a first-come, first-served basis. These requests should be made upon table reservation but due to space, are not guaranteed. .
    Vendors agree to confine their display to the table space provided. Banners or other signage may be hung at the approval of the Committee and only if it does not interfere with surrounding vendors. All display material must be listed on the application form. The Committee has the right to approve the appearance and type of display.
    Vendors will set-up their table between the hours of 2pm and 3pm on September 28th. Displays must stay intact during the entire show. Vendors shall not remove or dismantle any part of their display during the event. Tear down & removal of all debris will take place after 7pm until no later than 8pm. Vendors who begin tear down before 7pm will not be accepted at future events.
    Vendors will, at all times, maintain a reasonable standard of conduct and agree to abide by reasonable rules and regulations as determined by the Committee and the Town of Georgina.
    Vendors must attend their table at all times.
    The Committee, its members and the Town of Georgina are not responsible for any loss, damage or injuries that occur or are suffered during the operation of the vendor’s display, within the area of the operation and event, nor does the committee, its members and the the Town of Georgina assume any liability or responsibility for financial loss of any kind. This includes before, during and after the event.
