Peer-to-Peer with TechConnex: Choosing Your Battles

Description

A guided peer learning session for small business owners and entrepreneurs, because business is better when you don't build it alone. Facilitated by Kelley Phillips of TechConnex, the session opens with a guided discussion, followed by structured networking time. This month's topic is "Choosing Your Battles": how to decide where to put your energy, what to let go, and which opportunities are worth pursuing and which are distractions. We'll talk about customers, marketing, partnerships, competitors and new opportunities, with attendees sharing practical strategies for knowing when to push forward and when to step back. Come ready to contribute as much as you learn. Presented by YSpace York-Simcoe in partnership with TechConnex, the Town of East Gwillimbury and the Town of Georgina.
