Do you have a little one at home who is testing your patience at mealtime? Are you tired of feeling like you need to make multiple meals to please different palates? Your In-Store Dietitian, Julia, is here to help you quit the food fight! During this interactive workshop, your dietitian will guide you on how to handle those difficult meal situations and provide you with strategies to help increase the variety of foods your little one will eat. This workshop involves light walking and spots are limited. Babies and children are welcome.
