Career Recharge: Financial Basics – Having a Personal Plan

Understanding the basics of a financial plan will anchor your financial future. This workshop will help you validate your existing personal financial plan or provide you with the knowledge to build one.

Facilitator Judy Cameron will discuss expense and debt management, how your money grows to accumulate your wealth and why it is important to have a rainy day fund in case of a bump in the road.

Join us to learn how to build a personal financial plan, forecast your retirement savings, identify good versus bad debt and understand how to set aside funds for emergencies.

About the Facilitator

Judy Cameron enjoys consulting, volunteering on the CHATS board and coaching entrepreneurs at Seneca HELIX, where she focuses on new business ideas and provides one-on-one financial guidance to participants. She brings over 30 years of experience managing large-scale technology programs in the Telco & Financial services industry and holds an MBA in Finance & Systems.
