Overview of Event
After ninth successful events from 2009 to 2017, the Stilettos & Sneakers Lifestyle Show for Women is making it’s return to the Ice Palace this fall! On Saturday, September 29th, 2018, the 5-hour event will feature vendors, activities and displays devoted to women of all ages.
The event has two areas; the hall will be set up with vendor booths and food and the gym will feature more vendors, and our silent auction. Anyone with a business/activity/organization related to women in Georgina is eligible to be a vendor at the show.
Giving Back to the Community
A Purse Auction & Sale will take place during the event. Donations of new and gently used purses will be accepted at a few locations throughout Georgina. 100% of the proceeds will go to Breast Cancer Screening at Southlake’s Integrated Screening Program. Vendors who choose the “Stiletto Package” can donate an item to the auction.
This is a free event for the community. Swag bags will be distributed to the first 300 women through the doors as a handy carry-all at the show. Vendors and sponsors have the opportunity to have their brochures or goodies pre-stuffed into the bags.
We are thrilled with how the show was received in Georgina and are gearing up to make this year bigger and better than ever. Over 600 women walked through the door each year...a very targeted demographic for your business.
We have created a strong sponsorship program that will maximize your company’s exposure leading up to and during Stilettos & Sneakers. Advertising and Media Coverage
There are several ways we will be spreading the word about Stilettos! Here’s a few...
-Print, television and online advertising will take place prior to the show.
-Ads will be placed in Snapd Georgina, The Georgina Advocate and Georgina Post.
-There will be strong Rogers TV Georgina coverage.
-Press Releases will also be sent to other print and television media for additional coverage.
-Online Coverage will include: our Website (www.georginachamber.com), Snapd Georgina, and Kijiji. The event will also be advertised on all Georgina Chamber of Commerce social media pages!
We are so proud of the fact our vendor package prices have remained the same since our very first show!
Sneaker Package ($225) - includes a 6-foot table, your vendor insurance and 2 chairs.
Stiletto Package ($200) - includes 6-foot table, vendor insurance, 2 chairs PLUS vendor must supply a purse for our Purse Auction.
Georgina Chamber of Commerce Members - As the Chamber is the Title Sponsor of the event, all Chamber Members will receive a $25 discount off whatever package they choose and can contribute to the Swag Bag at no extra charge.
Both packages include insurance, in accordance with Town of Georgina regulations. A discount will be given to Not-for-profit organizations.
Package Add-ons (for Vendors Only)
Swag bags will be given out to the first 300 women attending the event. They will be pre-stuffed with all kinds of goodies, information and coupons. What better way to ensure your information goes home with attendees. Vendors have two options:
Paper (Option #1—$25) - Vendor information...generally pamphlets, price lists, business cards, etc…. pre-stuffed into bag prior to the event. (Qty - 300)
Swag (Option #2 - FREE) - Any item or sample pre-stuffed in bag (Quantity - 300). Must be an item or sample (not paper information) and must be pre-approved by Stilettos & Sneakers committee prior to event.
Georgina Chamber of Commerce Members - All vendors that are also Georgina Chamber of Commerce Members will have the option to contribute to the Swag Bag at no extra charge.
These bag stuffer options are for vendors only. All items must be received by Friday, September 21st, 2018
Bag Stuffer Options for Businesses Not Attending the Event
The best way to raise awareness about your business is to have a table and speak to potential clients one-on-one. Having said that, we understand it’s not always possible for you to attend. This option is available to businesses that are unable to be there but still want to spread the word about what they do.

Swag (Option #2 - Please contact us for details) - Any item or sample pre-stuffed in bag (Quantity - 300). Must be an item or sample (not paper information) and must be pre-approved by Stilettos & Sneakers committee prior to event.
Georgina Chamber of Commerce Members - As the Chamber is a Title Sponsor of the event, Members not attending the event but interested in the Non-Vendor Bag Stuffer Option will receive a $25 discount off the cost of Option #1.

Vendor requests are being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis!
Step one: Fill out and submit the online Vendor Request Form (link below)
Step Two: Someone from the Stilettos organizing committee will contact you about your request.
Application may not be approved if a)there is already someone representing your business or b)we have reached the maximum number of vendors for your type of business.
Step Three: If approved, an application will be attached to the email. Your spot will held for 2 business days, to allow you time to fill out and return the application with payment. After two business days (and without receiving the application/payment) the spot will be up for grabs again or the Committee will move on to the next request.
