About Us

We are a holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy clinic with offices in Georgina Ontario and Didsbury, Alberta. Neeshali is our therapist here is Georgina and she is a Candian Certified Counsellor and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) working with teens and adults. Outside of clinical work we also provide mental health based presentations and trainings.

Clinically Neeshali has a special interest in working with the LGBTQ+ community, those who have experienced trauma, and those who are looking to explore their authentic selves. She blends different techniques to help you reconnect with your inner strength and rewrite the story trauma tried to take from you. Clients have described her as empathetic, nonjudgemental, genuine, adaptable, and accepting. They say they truly feel heard and safe to be their full selves in session. Together you will explore your strengths, values and life goals. She strives to create a calm, safe space to allow you to express yourself and engage in change. As someone part of the LGBTQ+ community and being bi-racial, she can understand what it is like to feel different and not like those around you. Feeling like maybe you don’t fit into the social groups or people within the community. She wants to help you have the self confidence to be who you are and find your people. Together she can help you overcome the obstacles that stop you from living your most authentic life. She is here to ask the hard questions and take a deep dive into you are and who you want to be. She looks forward to helping you find your true self.
