Balance Health Solutions focuses on accessible mobile wellness services. In addition to our reflexology and massage services we offer mindset coaching for nutrition, fitness and life. In addition to our mobile services we also offer sessions out of The Health Hut locates at 2100 Metro Rd N, in Jackson's Point.

Balance Health Solutions mobile services offers complete mind & body sessions: services include reflexology, massage, fitness, nutrition, & mindset sessions. Jennifer Aves, Holistic Practitioner & Board Certified Master Reflexologist / Owner - My passion for increasing mindset awareness started many moons ago in Alberta at the Universal College of Reflexology where I got certified in foot, hand & ear reflexology, reiki level 1 & 2, as well as a certification in massage at the Northern Institute of Massage Therapy. I continued to grow my massage practice at the Energizer (TELUS Corporate gym) adding in a Can-Fit-Pro personal trainer & nutrition specialist certification rounding out my health & wellness business. Nowadays you can find me on Lake Simcoe embracing my love for paddle boarding, or enjoying a yoga class, as I continue my life's purpose of giving through wellness.
