    Booths 100-114, 600-612, 700-704, 709-713   Includes: 10ft x 10ft booth, with one 6ft table and two folding chairs.  Full-wall drapery at back, half-wall on sides.  Booths outlined in yellow (Row 600) have the option of having hydro at an additional cost but can be chosen without hydro.

     

    Booths 200-2011, 300-311, 400-411, 500-511   Includes 8ft x 10ft wide booth with one 6ft table and two folding chairs.  Full-wall drapery at back, half-wall on sides.  Booths outlined in yellow (Row 500) have the option of having hydro at an additional cost but can be chosen without hydro.

     

    F1-F4   Includes: 8ft x 10ft wide booth with one 6ft table and two folding chairs.  Full-wall drapery at back with one side half-wall and two open sides.  For food vendors. Hydro is available at an additional cost in these space but is not required.

     

    705-708   Includes: 10ft x 16ft wide booth space with one 6ft table and two folding chairs.  Full drapery at back, half-wall on sides.  Booths are available as part of Signature Sponsorship.  Can be purchased without sponsorship, but based on availability.  

     

    Additional Notes: Hydro booths are identified in Yellow and are available for an additional cost of $100/booth.

    What you need to know before you register:

    You will be asked to pick your first, second and third choice for a vendor booth.  Please take a look at the map above and jot down your favourites or click on the map to download/print a map for reference during the registration process.

    You will be asked to agree to the Terms & Conditions of the show.  Terms & Conditions are listed at the top of the registration page or below for your convenience. 

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1.This application for space, when accepted by the Georgina Chamber of Commerce (hereby referred to as the Chamber) shall constitute a contract between the Vendor and the Chamber and in addition to its terms, shall include and incorporate the Vendor’s Rules and Regulations outlined below, the tentative floor plans which the parties acknowledge may be amended and/or modified by the Chamber and any additional rules and regulations which will be sent to the Vendor as part of the Vendor’s Kit.

    2. Qualifications to be a Vendor - Management reserves the right to remove, decline or prohibit an exhibit or part of an exhibit or proposed exhibit which, in its opinion is not suitable to or in keeping with the character of the event.

    3. Payments - Applications for space received by Management must be accompanied by payment for the space and extras selected. Early Registration Discount applies when applications and full payment is received by Friday, February 6th, 2026.

    4. Vendor Space - The vendor agrees to confine their presentation within the contracted space only and to maintain a staff in his/her booth space during show hours while maintaining a code of behavior and dress appropriate for the Exhibition. Management reserves the right to relocate an exhibitor as it shall deem necessary to best display both the Exhibitor and the show.

    5. Booth Availability - Booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis and will only be held once payment is received.  The Chamber will limit the number of like businesses or services at its discretion to accommodate a number of different sectors and organizations.

    6. Exhibit Set-Up/Tear-Down - The Exhibitor agrees that no display will be dismantled or any goods removed during the show, but must remain intact until after the closing time of the last day of the show. The Exhibitor also agrees to remove the exhibit and equipment from the Ice Palace by the final move-out time limit (as set out by the Chamber), or in the event of failure to do so, the exhibitor agrees to pay a $250.00 early teardown fee. Set up Time is Friday, May 1st from 11am - 7pm and Tear-Down is Sunday, May 3rd after 3pm.

    7. Insurance - The Vendor is solely responsible for the placement and cost of comprehensive liability insurance on products and completed operations, coverage with a minimum $2,000,000 limit of liability. The Exhibitor further agrees to add the Georgina Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Georgina as additional insured to its policy and to provide proof of insurance for this event. Contact your insurance company or broker to provide proof of insurance for this event.

    8. Sublicence of Space - Space contracted by a Vendor may not be sublet and booth space cannot be shared by two businesses.

    9. Cancellation of Contract - The Chamber reserves the right to terminate this contract and to withhold from the Exhibitor possession of the exhibit space if: (a) the Exhibitor fails to pay all space rental charges by Friday, March 27th, 2026 or (b) the Exhibitor fails to perform any terms and conditions of the contract.

    10. Cancellation Policy - In the event an exhibitor whose application has been processed and accepted wishes to cancel prior to February 27th, 2026, a refund of money deposited less 50% will be made upon receipt of written cancellation. NO REFUND OF VENDOR SPACE PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE AFTER FEBRUARY 1st, 2026

    11. Postponement or Cancellation by the Chamber - The Chamber reserves the right to postpone or cancel the exhibition at its discretion. All monies will be refunded to sponsors and Vendors. The option to participate in future exhibitions is at the discretion of the Sponsor/Exhibitor.

    12. Damages - The Chamber shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, general, special, consequential or otherwise to the Exhibitor, its agents and employees or visitors to its vendor booth whether occasioned by the Chamber, its officers, agents or employees, or by another Exhibitor.

    13. Non-Delivery of the Building - Management will not be liable for failure to deliver the space in the event of the building becoming unavailable through fire, act of Nature, strikes, the authority of the law, or any other cause beyond its control.

    14. Interpretation of Regulations - The Chamber has the right to make such changes, amendments and additions to these Exhibitor’s Rules and Regulations, as it shall deem necessary to the proper conduct of the Exhibition and thereupon the Exhibitor’s Rules and Regulations shall rest with the Chamber and its decision shall be final. The Chamber may require Vendors to make such alterations to their displays, as it deems necessary to the proper conduct of their vendor space and, on failure to comply, may order the immediate removal of the entire exhibit without compensation and at the Exhibitor’s expense.
