Ottawa— Wednesday, October 12, 2022 — On Wednesday, October 12, 2022, Georgina Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Jennifer Anderson received accreditation through the Accredited Chamber Executive (ACE) program. The designation was received during the Chamber of Commerce Executives of Canada (CCEC) Conference at a celebratory dinner in Ottawa, Wednesday evening. Jennifer joins only 33 other recipients from across the country (of 450 Canadian Chamber executives) who have received accreditation.
Launched in 2018 as part of CCEC’s 50th anniversary legacy initiative, the ACE program promotes and recognizes Chamber executives who have demonstrated that they embrace a culture of continuous learning leading to excellence in Chamber leadership and management. Candidates must attain a minimum number of points under the following categories to qualify:
-Years of experience
-Participation in the Chamber Network
-Professional Development
-Chamber Leadership
Community Leadership
Accreditation was presented to Jennifer by CCEC Executive Director Shelley Morris and outgoing CCEC Board President Loren Remillard.
