Breathing for Stress Relief
The process of job search can be stressful. Coping with interview anxiety, the financial stress of unemployment and changes in your lifestyle can be just some of the issues you may face during this time.
How would it feel to be able to call on a free and accessible tool for managing stress? The breath is our natural nervous system regulator. In this session learn simple breathing meditations to support relaxation and stress management.
This session is open to all levels. No experience of meditation required. You may participate seated in a chair or on the floor. Participants will be provided a link to access a guided relaxation for personal use to support you in a home practice.
Wear comfortable clothing. If you wish to lay down for part of the session, bring a mat or blanket and cushion for comfort.
