DESCRIPTION:Break up your workday with some lunch-hour learning!  Lunch is provided as you learn from local experts about ways to enhance your business. \n\nOur speakers this month will focus on Hiring Youth in our Community.  They will lead you through options for hiring\, co-op placement and mentoring youth in Georgina.  We look forward to seeing you there!\n\n\n\nLunch will Tomato\, Spinach and Cheese Gnocchi\, provided by The Good Food Collective.   \n\n\n\n\n\nSpeakers Include:\n\nAileen Simon\, an advocate from the John Howard Society of Ontario\, and Tim Greenwood\, a youth employment counselor with the JVS Youth Reach program\, will provide a session that explores the challenges\, strategies\, and resources necessary to empower and build resiliency in justice-involved clients in their journey towards meaningful employment.\n\nSteven Langhorst from Sutton District High School will discuss the Cooperative Education Program and the benefit it has for both our youth and local businesses. Hear details about the program\, how you can get involved and why having a coop may be beneficial for your business.
